Located within the Prugio Palace Apartments in Amsa-dong, Gangdong-gu, stands a 300-year-old fragrant tree, a revered ancient tree in Gangdong-gu. Designated as a protected tree by Gangdong-gu Office, it is the oldest tree under their care. For 300 years, it has steadfastly grown in the valley fields near Amsa-ri, Anmal Hill, now along Godeok-ro 130. Even during apartment reconstruction and excavation projects, great care was taken to ensure the tree remained unharmed, solidifying its status as a landmark within the complex.

Though its height cannot be accurately estimated by sight alone, signage indicates it stands at 14 meters tall with a circumference of 260 cm. Its straight trunk branches into 3-4 sinuous forms at a height of approximately 7-8 meters, showcasing its overall beautiful tree structure.
